Community Hubs Australia – Coronavirus Response

Community Hubs Australia will continue to operate throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Our staff are following the government’s recommendations of social distancing by working from home. However, all staff can be contacted by email and on the phone when needed

As hubs are attached to schools, several hubs have suspended their operations for this term, and others have scaled back their programs. However, the program is working together to ensure that we can continue to do the important work we do to support our communities, in different ways, through these changing times.

Hub leaders are continuing to support their hub families where they can, so your community will still be active, just in different ways. Some local hubs will have a Facebook page, others will use different social media channels for updates, information and resources on how to manage through these challenging times. Be sure to contact your local school to stay up to date.

If you are looking for ways to stay connected with your local community, without breaching social distancing recommendations, our latest article provides some ideas. You can read it here.
