In 2025, primary schools welcomed 13,775 families into their hubs. The 2025 in Review tells the stories of how they strengthened social cohesion and reduced isolation.
Last year, hubs:
- delivered 7,407 early childhood activities, including playgroup and school readiness programs
- offered English classes which were regularly attended by 1,437 participants
- made 10,961 referrals to external services, including emergency aid, family support, community health services and education and training
- partnered with 589 local organisations to facilitate programs, offer counselling and support, and donate funding or resources
- provided 2,189 participants with volunteering opportunities, helping them build confidence and learn new skills
- delivered 2,498 formal and informal training opportunities, helping with resumes, job applications and preparing for interviews, as well as providing connections to vocational training, and
- helped participants secure 375 jobs.
